Quality checks

  • !Every cut path is closed, no zero-length segments. 981 closed paths; 243 tiny segments under 0.05 mm (sub-visible zig-zags). Harmless, but a cleaner file cuts smoother.
  • !Narrowest opening ≥ what the machine cuts cleanly. Narrowest opening ≈ 0.75 mm as cut (after the 0.15 mm kerf): right at the 0.8 mm limit for 3mm Birch Plywood. Check a test cut for charring.
  • !Pieces come out as designed (nothing falls loose). 5 layers, every piece attached; 1 tiny loose island(s) in Layer 5 were left out so nothing falls free (the preview already shows this).
  • ✓Passed: No duplicate or stacked cut lines · No cut lines cross or touch · Curves aren't over-segmented · Thinnest strip of material ≥ the material's minimum · The generator raised no warnings · Fits a common machine bed.
