These terms cover your use of Hamrun, run by Charles Briand in Nova Scotia, Canada ("we"). By using the tools or buying a license, you agree to them.
A Hamrun Maker license is a personal, non-transferable license to use the full-precision features. Don't share your license key or resell access to the tools.
Designs and files you generate with the tools belong to you. You may use them, sell them and sell physical products made from them, including commercially. Bundled fonts are under the SIL Open Font License.
The tools produce files and toolpaths that drive real machines. You're responsible for checking every file, feed rate, speed, depth and setting against your own machine, tooling and material before cutting. Always test on scrap first. Pavement and traffic markings must also meet your local authority's requirements.
The tools are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damage to machines, tools, materials or property, or for lost profits, arising from use of the tools or their output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Licenses are sold through Payhip (earlier orders through Lemon Squeezy), which handles payment, sales tax and receipts. See our refund policy.
We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
