If a paid license doesn't work for you, email chuckb80+shop@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number, and you'll get a full refund. No questions asked.
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. We'll still look at any case where the product didn't work as described.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the store you bought from (Payhip, or Lemon Squeezy for older orders). Most arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. A refunded license key is deactivated.
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
