Checked for these materials
| Material | Machine | Thinnest strip | Narrowest opening |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1/8″ LDPE (recommended) | CNC router | 24.98 mm | 30+ mm |
| 1/8″ HDPE | CNC router | 24.95 mm | 30+ mm |
| 10 mil Mylar / film | CNC router | 24.95 mm | 30+ mm |
Measured on the exact cut lines for each material, after kerf.
Quality checks
- ✓Passed: Units are millimetres, 1:1 · Every cut path is closed, no zero-length segments · No duplicate or stacked cut lines · No cut lines cross or touch · Curves aren't over-segmented · Thinnest strip of material ≥ the material's minimum · Narrowest opening ≥ what the machine cuts cleanly · Pieces come out as designed (nothing falls loose) · The generator raised no warnings · Fits a common machine bed.
