How to make it

Cut from 1/8" LDPE on a CNC router (or a large CO₂ laser for Mylar). Panels overlap and have matching registration holes: pin them together, spray marking paint straight down, and lift before it skins.

Quality checks

  • ✓Passed: Units are millimetres, 1:1 · Every cut path is closed, no zero-length segments · No duplicate or stacked cut lines · No cut lines cross or touch · Curves aren't over-segmented · Thinnest strip of material ≥ the material's minimum · Narrowest opening ≥ what the machine cuts cleanly · Pieces come out as designed (nothing falls loose) · The generator raised no warnings · Fits a common machine bed.
